So Cal Scorpions Sting Dallas Diamonds and Get the Win 21-19 - WPFL

MLN Newswire –mlntherawfeed.com - La Jolla – In a must win situation and taking on the Women’s Professional Football League’s three time defending champions a second time this season, San Diego’s women’s pro football defeat the Dallas Diamonds 21-19 and get one step closer to the playoffs.

After the Scorpions defeated Dallas on their home turf three weeks ago, Dallas brought their All Pro running back, #46 Jessica Spring out of retirement with a plan to roll over the Scorpions as she has done in the past. The So Cal defense had a different plan. The Scorpions held Dallas scoreless for most of the first half and kept Springer to just one rushing touchdown all game.
