MLN Newswire - www.mlntherawfeed.com-Reno, Nev.—Reno Aces pitcherBobby Koreckyand infielderRusty Ryalhave been selected to participate in the 2009 Triple-A All-Star Game on July 15 at PGE Park in Portland, Ore., the Pacific Coast League announced today.

Korecky and Ryal, the first Triple-A All-Stars in Aces franchise history, are two of 28 players chosen to represent the Pacific Coast League in the 22nd-annual Triple-A All-Star Game. Players were selected by fans, media and managers from each club.

Korecky, 29, has been the anchor of a solid Reno bullpen throughout the first two-plus months of the season. Reno’s closer leads all Arizona Diamondbacks minor leaguers with 12 saves on the season through the end of June. Korecky has been dominant for much of the season, finishing off the month of June with a scoreless outing in six-straight and 13-of-14. The 2009 Triple-A All-Star Game will be Korecky’s second, after participating in the 2007 midsummer classic in Albuquerque, N.M. as a member of the Rochester Red Wings, Triple-A Affiliate of the Minnesota Twins, of the International League.

The 2009 Triple-A All-Star Game is scheduled for 7 p.m. PT on July 15 and can be seen live on ESPN2. The International League roster will be announced on Thursday.
