Scott Doucet Nets a Gordie Howe Hat Trick in Annual Regina Pats Blue and White Game

MLN Newswire - www.mlntherawfeed.com – Lumsden, Saskatchewan – The annual Regina Pats Blue and White game was a huge success at the Lumsden Arena. The big crowd on hand saw 20 year old forward Scott Doucet record two goals, an assist, and a rare fight. All helping his Team White double up on Team Blue, 4-2. Also scoring for Team White was Drew George and Michael MacAngus. The blue got goals from Kyle Mulder and Clarke Brietkreuz.

Derek Tendler stopped all 16 Blue shots he faced for Team White, while Jeff Bosch played the second half of the game for White, stopping 14 of 16 shot for the win.

The pre-season continues on Friday September 5th, as the Pats will travel to Brandon to take on the Wheat Kings. While the next night the Wheatties will return the favour. It’s a 7pm puck drop on Saturday September 5th.
