The five consecutive wins at the Tsongas Arena tied the all-time mark for Lowell, set last season Dec. 27, 2008 to Jan. 14, 2009.
The Devils drew the first blood of the game at the 9:30 mark of the opening period with their first power play of the match. Patrick Davis netted his fourth goal of the season when he cut in front and snuck a backhand through the pads of Chad Johnson.

Jordan Owens gave the Wolf Pack a lead they would not relinquish when he plowed toward the crease and shoved the puck across the goal line at 5:40 of the second before sending the net off its moorings.
The Wolf Pack upped its lead to 3-1 as Dale Weise was left open in front during a 3-on-2 rush to tap Dane Byers’ feed into the open net. Weiss would also add an empty-netter with 44 seconds remaining to put the game out of reach.
McKenna took the loss with 27 saves on 30 shots, while Johnson turned aside 21 shots for Hartford.
